30 Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from delivery to decide. If the Comma is not right for your space, we will arrange a collection at no cost to you.

Contact us

Email hello@1721.com.au within 30 days of delivery. Tell us your order number and we will take it from there.

Step 02

We book the collection

Our team will arrange a collection time that works for you. No packing required on your end.

Step 03

Refund processed

Once collected, your refund is processed within 5 to 7 business days back to your original payment method.

Common questions

Returns are for the whole order only. We do not accept partial returns on individual modules.
Collection is free. If original packaging has been lost or disposed of, a repackaging fee of $150 applies.
The sofa must be in its original condition. Normal use during the trial period is expected and accepted.
The 30 day trial applies to Comma sofa configurations only. Fabric swatches and accessories are not eligible for return.

Warranty Coverage

Every Comma carries tiered warranty coverage reflecting the different lifespans of each component. Here are the terms in plain language.

Year Structural Warranty

FSC certified solid timber frame. Covers manufacturing defects, structural failures, and joint integrity.

Year Foam and Springs Warranty

Biodegradable foam and spring system. Covers abnormal compression loss and spring failure under normal use.

Year Fabric Cover Warranty

All fabric covers. Covers manufacturing defects, seam failures, and colour inconsistencies not caused by misuse.

Common questions

Accidental damage, staining, pet damage, and normal wear and tear are not covered under warranty.

Yes. Replacement covers are always available to purchase and will always be priced to be affordable. That is our commitment.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your sofa arrives damaged or develops a fault, we make it right. No questions, no runaround.

Document the issue

Take clear photos of the damage or fault as soon as you notice it.

Step 02

Contact us within 48 hours

Email hello@1721.com.au with your order number and photos. For delivery damage, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Step 03

We resolve it

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the situation. We cover all associated costs.
